                              Know bugs:

The logclosing option should log connections terminated by the remote
end. Unfortunately, it does not seem possible to detect that by only
looking at TCP packets.

The program must be aware of the state on the connection. Either ippl
should record this information, or it should query the kernel about
it.

For right now, it does not do any of those two things which means that
conections closed by your local host are sometimes logged.
